DINT Korea provides a seamless return and exchange process to ensure your premium fashion experience remains effortless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Submit Return Request

  Log into your DINT account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive an authorization code.

  Package the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact; include the original invoice to ensure smooth processing.

• 3.
  Shipping and Collection

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a doorstep collection through our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
